Karl Baurick was born in Fairbanks. He attended the University of Alaska and received his bachelors of Science in 1985 and his Masters of Science in 1987. He went on to Medical School in Seattle and graduated in 1992. He returned to Fairbanks in 1996. He is a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN (ACOG) and a member of American Urogynecology Society (AUGS) and the American Association of Gynecological Laparoscopists (AAGL)
Doris Heilman grew up in York, Pennsylvania. She received her MD from the University of Virginia and finished her internship in Tucson, Arizona. She has been board certified in OB/GYN since 1976 and has practiced in Fairbanks since 1975. She is also a member of Samaritan Counseling Center.
Tracy was born adn raised in fairbanks. She received her Bachelor Degree of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University adn Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing. Traca has provided health-care to women in Colorado, Michigan and Alaska since 2000.
Mary-Beth has practiced as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner since 1986, having completed her Masters of Science at Georgia State University prior to coming to Alaska. Mary-Beth’s academic experiences included doctoral studies at Rice University in Houston, Texas while serving on the faculty at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston’s undergraduate nursing and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner programs.
Tanya is a nurse-midwife who provides both obstetric and women’s health care. She was raised in Hawaii and then moved to Oregon where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance-Theater from Reed College. Before becoming a midwife, Tanya was a teacher, arts journalist, and managing editor of a weekly newspaper. She received her Masters of Science in Nurse-Midwifery from Oregon Health and Science University
Amy is a Family Nurse Practitioner that has been practicing women’s health in Fairbanks since 2000. Amy grew up in North Pole. She has a Bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of North Alabama and a Masters degree in Nursing Administration with a Post Masters Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Alabama, Huntsville.
Patrice is a women’s health care nurse practitioner, with a specialty in hormone balancing and health promotion. She has been a nurse practitioner since 1992. She has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing, a Masters degree in Women’s Heath care from the University of Texas and an added certificate as a Menopause Clinician.
